Is it ok to not try to panicly hide your boner?

Seriously, it's just a boner.
I've been there, I didn't even noticed.
Gosh, I was there on a party this weekend and I can't understand I had to explain to gay guys the concept of random boners.

Boners are simple, it isn't about anyone, doesn't make it about anyone.
You can stare, gawk and even drool and most of the time we won't notice or care, won't hurt a single person. No reason to warn us about it either, better if we don't know, it's not a fly that is down, no need to warn us about it.
One can comment on it if one can't hold it, better if not but no harm done.
